See, my dilemma is, this is the Spam Signature Recipe Collection number 5 of 5, and my local market doesn't seem to have the first four. They're printed on the can.

Not that I don't know what to do with Spam all by myself.

There's crispy thin Spam slices layered between buttermilk pancakes and drenched in maple syrup.

Or my personal favorite, pan-fried Spam in barbecue sauce with melted muenster (or pepperjack) cheese, served on a Portuguese bolo with mayonnaise. Who said weasels don't know cuisine!
