This is as close as I'll ever get, and it's unsharp for lack of scaling. You can tell this little fur-head grew up in a national park. The wild ones won't let you get this close. Not here, anyway.

Places like Yosemite, where chipmunks are professional beggars, they run right over your shoes.

And when they run, their tails stick straight up like flags.
